How do I reset or change my password?

Need to update your password or having trouble logging in? Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us! Whether you’ve forgotten your password or simply want to change it, it’s quick and easy to get back on track.


To change your password in allpayments:

  1. Select Profile Profile icon on the navigation bar
  2. Select Security, then tap Change password
  3. Use your email address and password to login
  4. Use the boxes to enter your Current Password, New Password and Confirm New Password then Select continue
  5. We’ll send a 6-digit code to the email address you provided
  6. Check your inbox for the code
  7. Enter this passcode into the spaces provided and select Submit

Top Password Tips

allpayments account passwords must include at least:

    • 12 characters  
    • one lower case letter 
    • one upper case letter 
    • one number 
    • one special character (@#$%^&*_+=-\[]{}|:,.?/~()!;<>'"`) 

To reset your password:

  1. Open allpayments and select Forgot password?
  2. Enter your account email address and select Send code
  3. We’ll send a 6-digit code to the email address you provided
  4. Enter the one-time code into the space provided, select Submit
  5. Enter and confirm your new password
  6. Select Continue
  7. You can now log in with your account email and updated password
