How do I close my account?

While we’d hate to see you leave, we’ve made the process simple if you decide to close your allpayments account. (And if you ever need us again, we’ll be here!)

Before closing your allpayments account, please note

  • You will lose access to all account details
  • allpay are required by law to keep all transaction data for 6 years (we will not share this data externally) 
  • If you need to use the service again you will need to create a new account 

  1. Select Profile Profile icon on the navigation bar
  2. Select Security
  3. Select Close account
  4. You'll be presented with the options to Keep account or Close account
  5. Select Close account
  6. Use the checkboxes to select the reason you are closing your account, then select Continue
  7. Check the box I would like to close my account and then select Close your account
