How do I edit my personal details?
Trying to change your name, phone number or email address? It's easy to do on the profile page!
- Tap Profile
on the bottom navigation bar - Tap Personal Details
- Tap the pencil icon
to edit the details
Your Name
- You can select your title and make change to your first and/or last name, then tap Save
Your Phone Number
- You can select your title and make change to your first and/or last name, then tap Save
- Enter your password, tap Verify number
- A 6-digit one time passcode will be sent to the new email address you've entered
- Enter this into the app, tap submit
Your Email Address
Enter and confirm your new email address
Enter your password, tap Verify Email
A 6-Digit one time passcode will be sent to the new email address you've entered
Enter this into the app, tap Submit
Not receiving your one time passcode? We’d always recommend you double check that you’ve entered your details correctly. Still no luck? Contact support.
