How do I edit my personal details?

Trying to change your name, phone number or email address? It's easy to do on the profile page!

  1. Select Profile Profile icon on the navigation bar
  2. Select Personal Details
Your Name
  1. Select the pencil icon edit pencil icon to edit the details
  2. Use the boxes to change your First name, Last name, or both
  3. Select Save
Your Phone Number
  1. Select the pencil icon edit pencil icon next to your current phone number, or Add a phone number
  2. Select Continue
  3. Use your email address and password to login
  4. Use the dropdown to select your International dialling code and enter your Mobile phone number
  5. Select Send code
  6. A 6-digit one-time passcode will be sent to the mobile phone number you’ve entered 
  7. Enter this passcode into the space provided and select Submit
Your Email Address
  1. Select the pencil icon edit pencil icon next to your current email address
  2. Select Continue
  3. Use your email address and password to login
  4. Enter your new email address and select Continue
  5. A 6-digit one-time passcode will be sent to the new email address you’ve entered 
  6. Enter this passcode into the space provided and select Confirm
