How do I migrate to new allpayments?

Previously used the allpay app or internet payments? Good news, you can bring your existing information with you.

What exactly will be moved across?

When you migrate your account, you will find that the following data has been moved across:

  • Payees
  • Previous Transactions (Up to 12 months)

Once you re-add your bank cards you will be able to keep making payments just like in the old allpay app


  1. Download the allpayments app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store OR access the allpayments website
  2. Select I already have an account
  3. Enter your Email address and Password
  4. Select Sign in
  5. The system will begin to migrate across your data from the old service - this may take a few minutes
  6. You will now need to verify your email address
  7. Select Terms and conditions and review these. Once you're satisfied select I have read the terms and conditions
  8. Select I accept
  9. Select Privacy Policy and review this. Once you're satisfied select I have read the privacy policy
  10. Select I accept
  11. Select Next to review all the new features that make allpayments great. Alternatively, select Skip all.
  12. Congratulations, you are now migrated to allpayments
