What shall I do if I think I've been scammed?

  • Don’t feel embarrassed—fraud can happen to anyone. 
  • Call allpay straight away to cancel your card and get a new one.
  • If your account details aren’t safe, ask your provider to close your account. 

  • If you sent money to the wrong place, call your provider—they may be able to help get it back. 
  • Change your passwords and PINs for your accounts. 
  • Use the Report Fraud process https://www.reportfraud.police.uk/  as soon as you can.
