What shall I do if I think I've been scammed?
- Don’t feel embarrassed—fraud can happen to anyone.
- Call allpay straight away to cancel your card and get a new one.
- If your account details aren’t safe, ask your provider to close your account.
- If you sent money to the wrong place, call your provider—they may be able to help get it back.
- Change your passwords and PINs for your accounts.
