Can I upload receipts to my cardholder portal?


Please note: This process only applies to allpay prepaid cards that start with 5374 or 5502. If your card starts with a different number, you do not need to upload receipts through your cardholder portal.


Some of the organisations that have given you your card may ask you to provide proof of purchase for transactions made using your prepaid card. If this happens, you can easily upload a receipt against the relevant transaction in your cardholder portal.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your cardholder portal
  2. Select the transaction you would like to upload a receipt to.
  3. A window will open where you can either:
    • Drag and drop your receipt file, or
    • Upload an image of your receipt.
  4. Once uploaded, the receipt will be linked to the transaction and be available to view whenever you need it.

Keeping your receipts attached to your transaction can make it easier to provide proof of purchase if your organisation requests it in the future.
