How do I add a new Payee?

A Payee is the person or organisation you're making a payment to. Just follow the simple steps below to add a Payee and get ready to make your next payment in no time!


  1. Select PaymentsPayments icon on the navigation bar
  2. Enter your Payment Reference Number (PRN) and again to Confirm PRN
  3. Select Continue
  4. You should be presented with details of the organisation you would like to pay
  5. Give your payee a nickname and select Save

PRN not recognised?

If you receive the PRN not recognised error screen, use the back arrow to go back and re-enter your PRN.
