How to Use the IVR Telephone Line

  1. Call the number

    Dial 0330 808 0102 from your phone.

    Listen to the menu options

    You’ll hear 3 different options. Listen carefully and choose the one that matches your needs.

    Select the option you need:

    • Press 1 to activate your card
      • You’ll need your 10-digit Client ID (found on the letter that came with your card).
    • Press 2 to report your card as lost, stolen, or damaged.
    • Press 3 for all other queries, including:
      • Getting your PIN
      • Checking your balance
      • Making a payment


  2. For security purposes, you may be asked to enter:
    • Your long card number
    • Your date of birth
