Call the number
Dial 0330 808 0102 from your phone.
Listen to the menu options
You’ll hear 3 different options. Listen carefully and choose the one that matches your needs.
Select the option you need:
- Press 1 to activate your card
- You’ll need your 10-digit Client ID (found on the letter that came with your card).
- Press 2 to report your card as lost, stolen, or damaged.
- Press 3 for all other queries, including:
- Getting your PIN
- Checking your balance

Making a payment
- Press 1 to activate your card
- For security purposes, you may be asked to enter:
- Your long card number
- Your date of birth
