Why is my payment not showing in History?

After making a payment through the allpayments app or website, there may be a short delay before it appears in History tab.

Payments can take up to 1 hour to complete and appear in allpayments. During this time, your payment may not be visible in History.

What should I do?

Before attempting to make the payment again, please check your bank account to see whether the payment has been taken.

⚠️ Do not retry the payment while it is still processing. Doing so could result in a duplicate payment being made.
  • If the payment has been taken from your bank account, please allow up to 1 hour for it to appear in History.
  • If the payment has not been taken from your bank account, you can try making the payment again.
  • If the payment is still not showing in History after 1 hour, or you're unsure whether your payment was successful, please contact our Customer Support team.
